RATES
Our rates are seasonal & based on the day of the week:
From $109 - $169 nightly
+ tax & $25 clean fee
Discounts available if you book 4 nights or more!
2 night minimum
But, if you NEED a 1 night stay give us a call & we will see if it is available.
We require payment at the time of booking
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check- in.
NO REFUND if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in!
Damage & Incidentals
Guest are responsible for any damages to the
property or furnishings that may occur during the stay.
House rules

Maximum overnight guest | 4
Minimum age to rent | 21
Smoking | outside ONLY
Pets | up to 2 dogs ($25 PET FEE)
Please do NOT bring dogs that can be/have been aggressive to other dogs &/or humans.
We're not against our pet guests running free range (our dogs do), BUT if there are other guests' in the other cabin we ask that you keep your pets leashed.
