About US

Our story

Love at first sight!  It didn't take long for us to fall in love with our home & the cabins on Deer Mountain.  From the first time we set foot on the property we were hooked and we knew it wouldn't be fair to not share what we were fortunate enough to find.  We believe everyone deserves to sit peacefully, breathe the fresh air, unplug and reflect.   


The property has the main house (pictured here & where we live) along with our 2 lovely cabins; all located on our very own hill in Marthasville, Missouri.  It really is the perfect place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.   Ah yes, we are pet lovers and we welcome furry friend owners to consider this a haven!   Our dogs run off leash and love when company arrives!

CLEANING PRACTICES

​

  • Entire cabin cleaned with disinfectant.

  • Check in & out with no person-to-person contact.

  • All towels & ALL linens including bed spread washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.

  • High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, faucets, etc..)

  • Jetted tubs are cycled with bleach.


HEADS UP

We're on a hillside so flat usable ground is not in abundance.
So parking can be a little tricky.
The circle drive near the cabins is parking for both cabins, but you could also park near the firewood stack, or up on our driveway. Please park where it is most convenient for you and just be courteous to other guests' as well.
